Looks amazing, great job..

What suspension are you running?

I have the Accutune 2.5 Fox Coilovers on order since December. Looks like Kings with double throw down setup in the front.
Exactly. I’m running the EVO Double Throwdown, Pro long arm kit, king Coilovers in the rear & king Bumpstops front and rear

Awesome, when you getting it dirty?
As soon as I can steer it lol

the place that did the install are morons and drastically limited the steering because of their incompetence in placing the bypass shock remote reservoir (right in the way of the tire, so let’s just limit steering to fix it)

now I’ve got a mess on my hands to fix

Man that sucks but these non-standard builds always have a lot of pitfalls. Best of luck getting it going quickly sir.

It's not just the weight...it's the leverage.
Tire weight has almost nothing to do with it. You're right, it's the leverage or more accurately RXF. Put 20" tires on a stock Rubicon and put one in a giant vice, it's going to break something. 40" has 1.5 longer cheater bar than 37". See https://bt39.com/ for tire drop by pressure.

Coming along nicely. Which rear inner/fender liners are you running?

Parts wait times are crazy right now. My new diesel build is overland setup, so sticking with 37s, but need JKS coil adjusters and I have a 3 month waiting time. The beast is now weighing in at 6300lbs fully loaded so the rear is sagging bad (extra fuel, water, etc).

Extra fuel and water doesn't add 2,300 lbs. What heavy stuff have you added?

Thank you! They are DCD Customs rear inner liners. That is also who did my build... there’s a few flaws but the owner Dave is making everything right including buying me a new set of KMC Grenade wheels because he initially had me purchase an incorrect offset for the kit I ordered.

So he’s taking my TR back and buying me brand new KMC’s of my choice. Pretty stoked on that.

The rear inner liners are high quality and aluminum. I would recommend them and he’s probably got them in stock. If you end up buying a set tell Dave that Ross sent you.

How do you like the cowl lights?
They are awesome! Make a great amount of light and I love the turn signal function.

Haven’t used them off-road at night yet but I am certain they will be great there as well.

Perfect OEM fittment the and the paint is matched better than the ones that came on the Jeep.

Highly recommend
