I was startin to worry that none of the JHWR ladies would ever come back.




Even @Billy 's been scare lately...

Missed you guys and really wish I had access to JHWR while I was in NC!

I spent the last month in a sleeping bag in an empty trailer. At least it had electricity (most of the time) and water (again, most of the time lol) and a cook top. NO internet and spotty cell coverage. But I was grateful for a roof over my head and a kick ass realtor!

Looks to be out in the country side.

Little over one acre...well water...septic...and cable (YAY!)

No HOA...no restrictive covenants (no tree-huggers opening the gate to our fenced in back yard to measure the width of a tree - I kid you not!)
