What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

So, today I named my Rubicon diesel. With a moniker like “D90john” that I have held for 20 years it only seemed fitting to call her.....

Slapping a Defender sticker onto a Jeep makes as much sense as slapping a Silverado sticker onto a Ford F-150.

We picked up our new Rubicon on Saturday but today I finally got around to installing the first mods.

Obviously, up first is the mandatory stubby antenna. I had the same model on my old Sport and it served me well. So I bought a new one for the Rubi. Everything else here I carried over from the Sport. This includes the GPCA handles with flashlight holders, XG Cargo Magellan Sportbar bags, and the 67 Designs Rail with phone and GoPro mounts.

Next up I need to get my ARB Dual Compressor mounted and wired up.

I’m also shopping around for a deal on a Warn Zeon 10-S Platinum and the eventual lift I’m going to install.

Installed some rear magnetic cargo lighting - one mount on the left side, one up on the rear window - can move the light to wherever I want - or carry it with me...

i like this, would be super awesome if it could charge them when mounted

Best thing to do is just search Amazon for magnetic or touch light.

There are ones of all sizes and shapes. The 3M adhesive might not hold up to suspending it from the roof - but velcro could work - then you can remove it to charge it every so often and it's still removable etc...
