Hi Teach. Thanks for the information. A couple of questions. Will this work if you haven't received your vehicle yet, but you have received the VIN number, or should I wait until the vehicle arrives? I hope now so I can read it while I'm waiting. lol Is there an option for the User Manual as well?

Ordered a printed owners manual 2 times so far giving proper JL model and VIN number and received JK manuals both times.

No, this will not work unless you have already taken possession of your JL or JLU.

If you have ordered a JL/JLU, have a Vin and Von and not yet picked up your vehicle you cannot get the manual.

They probably won't send you a copy until they know that the jeep has been paid for and actually sold.

When you attempt the process you get a red error notice that says wrong Vin. You have to wait to you take possession of the vehicle before you can use this online manual ordering procedure.

That should be the quick reference guide. The actual Owner's Manual is 600 pages.

I got these two with mine. The user guide is 336 pages. I guess there is a bigger one?

I have both the User Guide and Owner's Manual in digital form (links elsewhere on the forum). Page count: 340 for the user guide, 608 for the owner's manual.

Is the owner's manual a technical maintenance manual or not? I wouldn't imagine so but I can't for the life of me remember what they call those books.

My Jeep is stuck in Marion OH waiting for a rail car. But I just tried ordering the printed manual anyway. It seemed to work; at the end it said "Owner Manuals requested have been successfully ordered.You should receive your printed manuals within 7 to 10 Business Days". I guess we'll see...
