Backup camera with new wheels and tires? Will it still work?

So I'm getting bigger rims. 17x9 AR172 Baja wheels with 285/70 tires. My question is will this affect my backup camera with a different wheel and tire on spare mount? Does that center cap in wheel come off for this purpose?

The center cap in the wheel pops off for the camera. Your view from the camera will depend on the backspace/offset of the new wheel. I swapped out the stock wheels for a set with 0 offset and the camera catches a bit of the bottom of the wheel... it's not a problem for me since it shows very little.

Ok. Thanks. Mine are -12 offset so I might lose like 10% more than that. Still not horrible
