Looking good. Did lifting the hood at the hinges not work well enough or is this for a different purpose?

The lifted hinge side feels hot like toaster slot and vents hot under hood heat out. The hood intake vent is ducted directly into the motor for combustion. Cool air is densor and helps make more power.

I also (finally!!!!) removed the hood decal that came on the Recon. I didn't like the list of equipment on it. I also took the caps off the bumper. I'm loving this Jeep !

Got the driveshaft changed out to complete the lift process and ready to wheel it now. After looking at my skids and their bolts, a belly pan might not be a bad plan for the future

Have you noticed an IAT difference with it? I added the kit to my JL with a Magnuson about a week ago. Haven't driven it enough to see if it's had an impact.

Got my first badge of honor in the mail today! definitely was an easier trail but you have to start somewhere... Where does everyone like them best? I've seen a couple different ideas but haven't decided yet.
