We received our JLU Sport Altitude almost a month ago. Been out having fun when we can. This was a couple of weeks ago when i washed it up and waxed and rain-x'd it.

Ordered in June and picked up October 1st. I already changed the front and rear bumpers. I have a lift waiting. But she's currently at the dealership while they fix a misfire/check engine light issue. Hopefully i get her back this week.

2021 JLUR, 6-Speed, with Mopar 2” lift + Nitto Ridge Grappler 35x12.5 R17 on 17x9 Fuel Blitz Black wheels + installed M.O.R.E. hide-a-step because I like the stock look...

How does the M.O.R.E. step attach, I couldn't find any information? Any drilling required? Are they easy to remove when needed?

EDIT: I finally found some better photos and an old Quadratec video. It looks like it's using the existing rock rail holes.

You got it, no drilling needed + as you can see from the photos, works with existing Rubicon stock rock rails. Side note - my pregnant wife also approves, says they work perfect for her needs, which is one of the main reasons I needed to get some kind of step, etc.

I can see it being easy when you get in the Jeep, but for getting out, I think you have to be a little more careful...

Since it's retracted, you first make sure you have good grip with your heel and then commit all your weight, right?

Yeah, but keep in mind like most things in life it pretty much becomes second nature. You reach down with your foot to extend the step and hop out. There’s not a lot of a difference when compared to other normal steps, however I’m sure power steps are a little (not a lot) easier. I think the savings is well worth the extra split second it takes to get out of the Jeep.

Just received my JLU Rubicon 3.6L ESS etiquette right before Thanksgiving. Absolutely loving it, already ordered lift, tires, and wheels. Installed new tire carrier and running boards.
