Schnebly Hill today for badge of honor. Never did the whole thing before in my JK. Was a lot rockier than I expected.

That's how we felt! Schnebly was more of a get it done trail, not real obstacles, just a rough road. We did have great camping there though so made it worth it. Broken arrow was the best, can't wait to hit it again after I get my lift in.Great pictures and glad you had a great time. Broken Arrow was fantastic when I went with my wife. We did Schnebly Pass trail to get the BoH, but I would do Broken Arrow all day. Sedona is one beautiful place. Hope the 17 wasn't crazy heading back to the Old Pueblo.
Being some what a Subaru fan, I’m curious why they are struggling. My other vehicle is a subaru and they tend to do well I thought in the snow.Drove to work in 4 high.
Laughed at all the subarus struggling in the snow.
Dunno. My guess is operator error?Being some what a Subaru fan, I’m curious why they are struggling. My other vehicle is a subaru and they tend to do well I thought in the snow.
Oh gotcha. Yeah there’s that. This is when we take the jeep out vs the Subaru if it gets that bad. One thing for sure, if the rubicon won’t drive in it, it’s not worth going out. Lol.Dunno. My guess is operator error?
Not much clearance on those, it was kinda thick in a few spots
Gorgeous pictures, Kevin. I've bolded the important text, too.
Went on a scenic drive with the family through Idaho Spring in Colorado. Beautiful out there. It was 24 degrees that day. Nice crispy cold air makes you feel alive! Gets you in the Christmas spirit.
That's exactly what we all said over the weekend when we were up there, good to see how pretty the scenery is though, we ended up running it at night since we played around longer than planned at Broken Arrow. If you didn't get a chance to head out there, highly recommended!Schnebly Hill today for badge of honor. Never did the whole thing before in my JK. Was a lot rockier than I expected.
The first time we took the Jeep out off-roading was with a local group and I thought that was the smartest thing to do since I had never off-roaded before. We got to the top of a steep rocky hill and were about to go down a steep and rocky decline when my youngest son chimed in that the Subaru (Impreza Sport) could do this. I told him that even if we air lifted to the top of the hill (it had no chance of climbing it) that it may go down the rocky incline, but would never drive out on its own and would either end up being towed and rebuilt or end up being used as target practice.Drove to work in 4 high.

They do impress from time to time. The Subaru is a great car, but it like the Jeep are built for different tasks.
I love that video. The little engine that could! They do impress from time to time.
