Hey guys,

I saw this little message on the bottom of my uconnect screen about two weeks ago while driving down the road. I was able to find absolutely nothing at all about this on the internet.

I got to work and turned off the jeep while that message was still on the screen and it was gone when I got back into the jeep and then I noticed it again a few days later and then it disappeared.
I’m almost certain it was an over the air update, the name of the update is just very odd and I’m curious :)

It’s a 2021 JLUR with the 8.4 system bought mid-Sept.

I’m guessing this is the upgrade process attempting to install/upgrade a package of some sort. A JAR file is a Java ARchive.

Almost certainly. The package title is very interesting. I guess all the infotainment pop-up messages is a program of its own
