Did what jeep should do OEM. Gas struts for hood that have quick disconnects. Got the redline tuning kit. Simple, stupid easy install.

If you want to protect/cover your seats, the Covercraft Carhartt seat covers for the JL Wrangler are awesome! They are a challenge to install, yet so worth it when done.

Whiskeybiskit... yes they are a canvas material. Very sturdy and build to last. And they cover the seats very well. Likewise there is about a 1/4 inch foam pad in the contact areas ( rear, back, headrest, etc.) that helps protect the canvas material from damaging the seats underneath.

My only complaint is the Velcro straps under the seats. They should have done them with buckles and cinch straps like all the other straps. Yet the details in covering all the seating areas and still allow them to be accessible/utilized makes it worth the one flaw.

Changed out tops today on mine (red) and my sons Jeeps. A little sad but I love the way the hard top looks. Also, added my son’s college sticker to my Jeep.

Last project for the day was installing the ARB frig/freezer sliding rack. I set it up so that if I take it out, I can put the carpet floor panel back in and cover up the rivet nuts. It barely fits underneath the interior rack and the lid is also temporarily limited by it as well. But I’m going to re-drill new holes in the rack closing up the gap between the rear seat and that should give me more than enough clearance to open the lid properly.

Finally got my wheels (matte black level 8 slingshot, 17x8.5 +10) and tires (285/70) ridge grapplers installed. Shout out to @Discount Tire for the painless process, they even extracted the TPMS from the stock wheels with the install.

A few days ago installed dual exhaust, new rear bumper, and a teraflex 1.5 spacer lift/ level.

I have the stance right. Now I just need to lose the halogens up front and decide on some LED lighting and then a bumper. and then a winch.. and then.. and then...... and then.........

I found these side lights, they are super slick. Has a amber turn single indicator for you guys with aftermarket fenders with a small or no turn single light. The fit and finish is as good as factory. My only issue is their logo.
They work with Artech dual pillar lights. Too.

These look good. Haven’t seen many reviews on them. Are you happy with them and would purchase again? Is the body panel painted metal or plastic? How was the installation?

Hockey puck hack to extend the tailgate bump stops now that I have 37s (picked up a used Mopar oversized tire carrier and reinforcement hinges for now). Eyeballed the holes so that’s why the pucks aren’t perfectly lined up (or because I’m Asian and my eyes limited the visibility to measure)

Got the idea from a certain website (could someone please inform me why it’s referred to as a banned site?).

Rotated the TPMS sensor away from the 6:00 position but looks like it’s not helping with the backup sensor so I’ll need to investigate some relocation thing like the RC one.

Installed tailgate table weekend before last, Rancho rear differential skid/slide last weekend, and Rancho front differential skid/slide this morning.

Another couple years, and another $50,000 and I may have It whipped!

Actually did this yesterday, still have to install rope on the winch. RR Arcus, didn't like the wrinkle finish on the "hooks" so had them blasted and powder coated.

Love that stubby!! Are you going to have to remove the winch from the bumper to install the rope? I remember installing the retaining metal piece for the rope is a real pain in the ass.

They would have had to do so. The NHTSA's interpretation of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act prohibits service providers like Discount Tire from installing aftermarket tires and wheels on a customer's vehicle without working TPMS sensors also in situ.
