Installed Dynomax Muffler Delete

I installed the dynomax muffler delete pipe about a month ago. I love the sound EXCEPT for the drone between 2,000 and 2,500 rpm. I'm thinking about installing a resonator tip that I saw earlier in this thread.

However, I recently noticed that Gladiators have a small resonator at the end of the tailpipe. Just wondering if anyone had found or tried something similar on the dynomax pipe.

I just did the dynomax and added the magmaflow muffler as I felt the drone was a bit much in the 2500-3000 rpm range. I used my local Exhaust shop to weld in the magnaflow and weld the dynomax on. The Jeep sounds great now. It still has a bit more low end rumble but has almost eliminated the drone. It sounds almost stock now but I have all the added clearance. I highly recommend adding the magnaflow ( or equivalent) if your on the fence with the sound from the dynomax delete alone.

Nice job! This is one time I'd prefer the 4dr since you have a lot more room to fit one of those mufflers in

Do you have a video so we can get an idea on sound? Also what size muffler did you go with?

This is a video from in the jeep tonight getting into it a bit for a few gears. I got the part at Autozone, Magnaflow muffler Part# 10416.
