Quick side profile pic for you. my drive has a pretty good slope so it isnt sitting flat. $700-$900 seems to be the going rate for take off ko2s.

I was debating going 275 for less power drain, but you’ve convinced me. I also like the Toyo AT2. I can get them New for $900 with the rebates. I can get Rubi takeoffs for $900 but may offer $700.

I am not noticing any power difference. Its drops out of eighth gear quicker but holds it fine for me in the 70ish range and my mileage only dropped about .5mpg on the 60 miles in traffic i have drove on them so far which isnt enough data to really judge. Reduced stopping power is noticeable at speed but not enough that I am considering big brake kit or anything. I personally think $800 for a the KO2s is a fair price for both parties if they will meet you in the middle.

$800 is a pretty good deal.

I didn't feel like waiting when I got mine in mid January, so I just got them new at a shop. $1300 installed/ balanced for 5. And that was after shopping around a few shops too.

I put 285/70/17 wheels and tires from a Rubicon on mine with no issue. Here's a quick video I recorded.

Great video. Those wheels and tires really do improve the look. Been a little disappointed with the wheel offerings on the Sahara and Sport.

I have a Sport S, no lift and was thinking of doing 285/75/17 for just a little more tire. Is the tire carrier that tight that you don't think a 285/75/17 would fit with stock wheels?

Tire carrier is fine with 285/75/17 on stocks. You just wont fit anything bigger.

Negative - I am running 285/75/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on OEM Rubicon wheels and had to install a relo bracket due to interefernce with the bumper cut out - wasn’t able to close rear door.
The BFG KO2 fit fine. Do you know the actual dimensions of the nittos?

I've been looking and I'm sure someone has posted/asked this. I wonder if these will fit without issue? They are quite a bit wider so I wonder if there is rubbing issues on the stock 17" Sport S wheels?

My sport is lifted but I have 285/75/17 ridge grapplers on Rubicon wheels - I could have jumped up in size but wanted to stay narrow with the factory wheel. This set up did require a relocation bracket as my tire interefered with bumper cutout and wouldn’t allow my tailgate to close. It was very close a few washers or shim may have worked but wanted a relo bracket anyways for bigger tires down the road.

Here is a pic of the the ridge grappler interference same overall diameter as the KO2 so maybe something to do with tire carrier location from the factory.

Awesome setup. Not to hijack this, but would you mind measuring the tallest point of your jeep whenever you get a chance? That is almost the exact setup I am going for buy have a strict height restriction at my work parking garage of about 6'3" and haven't been able to find real world measurements. 2" lift?
