I just had a new turbo installed with less than 4K miles. Right after I got it back and parked it in the garage, a rear shock leaked oil. What else can I expect to fail?

Eh, just peruse the "Issues" forum here. Sit back and enjoy the ride, FCA QC is amusing on a daily basis

I'd say a bad turbo is very uncommon. You might be the first I have herd of needing a new turbo. 4K miles on almost a 3 year old vehicle is low miles. What happened?

I have herd of one or two bad shocks here and there. I would not say it is very common either.

Maybe consider a Mopar Max Care extended warranty for peace of mind?

I too own a 2018 JLU with 4,700 miles.

Bought it NEW last November, and then this pandemic struck. I work from home now.

Your are right, everyone is driving less. A lot of folks like you are working from home and the JL is not being driven much. This pandemic might be a reason some people are having trouble with their JLs. The Wrangler just sits and the batteries get drained and damaged as a result. The smaller ESS batter especially. Plugging into a smart charger is a good idea.
