Did you disconnect both of them? Killing power to the main battery alone won't fully reset the Jeep.Tried the battery disconnect idea, no help. Thanks

For years I did the pedal push way, Oil Life Reset with different JK's (4) I have owned.I was the first method. After pulling the batteries cables, I was able to reset it with the dash menu.

With the JL, I have changed the oil 6 times now and how just gone to the Oil Life submenu and done it. Never had any issues doing this.
I have followed this forum very closely for over 2 years now and no one but you has had an issue such as yours. Weird.....................
I am in the same boat. Never had an issue. I am in mechanical engineering and my IT guys always get mad at me because I just do things the way I think they should work. I just put it on Run (engine off) and hit ok to reset the oil life. For years I did the pedal push way, Oil Life Reset with different JK's (4) I have owned.

Hope they figure it out and it is an easy rectification.Yes, more is going on. After getting it running, took for drive and middle of day headlights would not shut down on auto and check engine came on and off a couple times. Got back home and plugged in diagnostic, 7 error codes popped up. At dealer now, they say they see some voltage problems in systems but have yet to know what is going on.
