I have this same issue with the track bar hitting the frame side attach bracket. Is this that big of an issue really? My life is the 2.5" Adventure series 1 with the fixed lower control arms, RRD shocks and I added adjustable RK front upper control arms.
I had the same issue, I grabbed the Synergy Front Track Bar when I upgraded steering (Synergy front track bar, drag link, tie rod, and sector shaft brace.)

Total game changer, wish I did it sooner.

Yeah I'd love to do the same...especially with the tie rod and drag link but Synergy has been out of stock for a couple weeks now...guess I'll just have to be patient. And when you say game changer....what specifically did it help?

Got pics?........ I’m running RK, didn’t have any trouble, I need to see how it’s not fitting.

I think it's on page 11 of this thread. Track bar just slightly rubs the axle side attach bracket. RK said my axle may be pushed too far forward but I have fixed LCAs so I don't see how that's possible. They still haven't gotten back to me after I sent pics.

Here’s my axle side mount. The track bar is cocked because I’m on a ramp.

Roky, mine won’t go into the bracket with the bushing. Thinking I might have to grind it a little bit.

Oh, I thought you were taking about the axle side, yeah, you can grind it out a little, or pry apart as @JimLee said, which is what I also did to mine.

I just used a massive crescent wrench to pry the mount open a hair, torquing the bolt correctly pulls it back like it never happened.
This ^ I would say got pinched a little.

Hold on that is the axle side. Frame side is fine, it slides right in.

Oh... ok, I’d still try and pry apart a little, spray it down with wd40. You’ll probably have to put it in and take it out a couple times to get your axle centered. That’s funny mine slid right in on axle side , was a little snug on frame side.
