Post your 2020 JL build status

Sequenced for production is D1 status. Pre-plant shutdown it had an estimated 12 days average in this stage. Now it is hard to know what that means. When you see recent orders get built ahead of months old orders you have to be cautious about expectations. But they have to be getting close to ending 2020 production so they can start 2021s. At an estimated 400 - 500 JLs built per day they should get them done soon unless they also pump some out to put on dealer's lots.

Jeep is "supposed to" be prioritizing all the special orders. That's what they said anyway. So theoretically they shouldn't be building anything else...

If you look at some build sheet they actually have on it D1-to-D Regress. Not sure if that makes them so anything different during the build. So staying at D1 instead of going backwards is a good thing.

I have a sold order and not a peep from Jeep... I think an email to an company executive might be in order. I know someone on a forum who knows Beyonce, after all. That should be worth something, no?

Quick question. What is a “sold order” here? I special ordered but haven t paid anything more than a $500 deposit. Does that qualify as “sold”, or am I in a different category.

Ordered on 3/9 and wondering if my expectations are off due to that?

My order sheet says Sold Order on it and I only placed the same deposit as well.

Yep. I did fire off an email this past weekend to Jeep Cares. I exlained that manual transmissions have been in cars for over 100 years and that i figured the bugs ought to be worked out by now.

I see you guys watching for your builds, how are you able to track it? I ordered on 5/29. A 2 door JL manual in Sting grey. I have spoke to Jeep care with my VON and they gave me a VIN. Thanks

So i went on the cypto site mentioned and put in my info for "track new order". It was nice to see it come up with the correct order info but it says build not found, sticker not found.
