I've started the process of shopping for a 2021 Diesel. The dealer highly recommended on this forum (Earnhardt) immediately went to 5% under invoice without any nudges. Interestingly, the North Scottsdale dealer (closer to my home) has taken the position that Diesels are a rare commodity that need to be priced accordingly. Is there any truth to production limitations on Diesels? I can't imagine why, except for parts availability in the short-term.
The this-model-is-in-short-supply argument reminds me of Z-cars and RX7s in the 1970s. [only they really were in short supply]
