I'm about to trade mine in - my 2020 Jeep Gladiator just arrived at the dealer. The issue is still present on my 2018 JLUR.

Hey Jeep Care Specialist , I've owned My 2018 JLUR since new, with this vibration from day one, I've taken mine to Grieger Chysler Jeep sales in Valparaiso Indiana service several times for this drive line vibration I have all but given up that this service center will be able to fix my Jeep since a computer can't tell them what to do. By the way this Jeep JLUR is my 29th Jeep utility body starting back with my First CJ. So I'm would like to know if Jeep has any interest in keeping loyal customers or are the going to keep ignoring this problem along with the spongy breaks that apparently are normal according to these so called Jeep specialists , I have no modifications on this Jeep other than the winch and front bumper , because if I lift it like I normally do they will point to that as being the problem, by the way both problems existed before any bumper change. And documented so. So what say you , do they care or will this be my last new Jeep?Hello Oakwolf,
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing concerns. If you decide to go into the dealership to have this inspected, send our team a private message!

In my experience, the answer to that would be "No, not really." :-(I would like to know if Jeep has any interest in keeping loyal customers or are the going to keep ignoring this problem along with the spongy breaks that apparently are normal according to these so called Jeep specialists.

There is another thread on the forum with more activity discussing the same issue:Has anyone tried just biting the bullet and replacing the rear shaft with a 1350 from Adams driveshaft? I know it's 700 bucks but if it fixed the issue and gave you a beefier rear shaft I'd say it's worth it on a 50k rig. I have the same issue, did the stock shaft rotation 180 degrees and it seems to make it worse. I'm about to order a new rear shaft as soon as the "boss" is on board.
