Prime is nice, but I like going to a civilian doctor. I'm still dealing with issues from being "fixed" by Army docs.Thank god we have Tricare prime. My Jeep is sitting on Jack stands and I have a few mods in line to be installed LOL
Picked up a brushed stainless Borla Touring exhaust like new for 150 bucks so figured why not??? Pulled the old garbage can OEM muffler off and installed the Borla. Sounds the same as OEM (what I wanted) and no giant aluminum eyesore anymore!
I painted the OEM Rust-Oleum High Heat black just in case I want to swap back later. Or do a muffler delete pipe.
You guys went to the same hospital?OMG! Tell me about it! It’s driving me crazy. I broke my leg jumping out of my boat but it’s made a huge impact on my wrenching ability

OK!!!! This is gonna be a long one because I have LOTS of pictures!!!
It was a "let's get all this done today"day!!!!
First was let's get the foot pegs on the jeep... so, OFF WITH THE DOORS!
Went well and was easy enough... hung them up in the garage outta the way....
Put the foot pegs on nice and tight... without damaging the hinge bushings. Worked.
I had received the day before my jk tailgate bar and had ordered the jl tailgate bar retainers from the local jeep dealer.
So I called them and "YES!!! THEY WERE IN!"
So off I go to the dealer.... but to my chagrin, wrong parts and told that I couldn't even GET the part....I would need to buy the whole soft top kit...(Which I find hard to believe)
So spirit's high, I said... time to fabricate with what I have to make this work!
So off I went but not before stopping at Princess Auto to get a mirror due to being doorless(which I did pass a cop and he didn't seem to bother with me being mirrorless.)
Got home and took to her!
First I attacked the tonneau cover... and guess what? The JK tailgate bar and holders fit and work!!!
I just have to add some velcro at the corners to secure the back of the tonneau cover... that's it!!!
Off to the next project... the mirror.
So I grabbed scrap metal, fabricated a bracket and voila!!!!!...a side mirror!
I have the Rampage tonneau and you need to use the soft top rear window bar. Really good tonneau!
The bumper and lights basically block 80% of radiator, I am no Einstein but that has to take a toll on the fan.Not sure about the bumper, but noticed the dust boot hanging off the steering stabilizer rod.
