Hi did everyone that purchased a taser buy a diesel specific version?

I was going to purchase from River City Off-road because they have coupons and no tax, but they said all versions are they same and they don’t have the 3.0 diesel version in their drop down.

doesn’t make sense to have engine specific buying options only to have the modules all the same right?
I got the diesel specific version and I have had no issues at all with it.

There is no difference between them. I talked to the owner when I bought mine because they were just updating their website to reflect the new engine. He said the engine option is for them to track, not because the software is different.

Thanks, it could have very well been a regen and was just coincidental to the install of the Tazer.

However, my 15 Ram Ecodiesel would always advise me in the Evic display that a regen was occurring and to keep driving until finished (approx 15-20 min). I don’t remember seeing anything like that on the Wrangler Evic display.
Is that the only time you’ve been told to keep driving until she finished? :CWL:

Got the 2.5” Teraflex coil spacer lift installed along with 37’s on the method beadlocks. Love the look and I put on a cheap rugged ridge bumper until I find a matching front rear that I like.

If you swap in front a rear inner fenders, is it possible to put the fenders back together for street use? My ride will be used for marketing most of the time except for 3 one - two week off road trips per year and I’d really like to run rockblokz mud flaps for daily use (probably blasphemy to some lol)

Couple more projects done. Trimmed sliders (2 inches off front and rear), opened up hood vents, and did e brake relocation.
