Is there a source of data to breakdown the build options? I recall seeing them for Mustangs in the past.

Not that I know of. Obviously this poll is just a reflection of vote-takers on this forum. Real-world production numbers are likely different, especially regarding the manual transmission.

Another total breakdown (out of 82 votes):
3.6 = 85%
2.0 = 15%
Manual = 17% (which is 20% of 3.6s)

I was shocked to see the poll results and how few 2.0 non-etorque Rubicon models were out there. I was initially set on a 6 speed...but I chose the 2.0T/auto after researching for a year and driving the various models. I thought the torque curve of the 2.0 and drivability of the auto better suited pulling our 1500 lb teardrop camper, particularly at high elevations when weā€™re in nearby CO. Still long for rowing my own gears and would have chosen the 6 speed if it werenā€™t for the above scenario.

It's not what I expected either. I wonder how the votes compare to the real-world production numbers.

Out of the current 118 votes:
3.6 = 85%
2.0 = 15%
Manual = 35% (which is 42% of 3.6s)

I would guesstimate that the number of manual 2dr JLā€™s is somewhere between 25%-33% of overall 2dr Wranglers produced, based on production over the span of three months. I could be wrong but when I was shopping, these numbers were consistent of what was available. My $0.02.
