has anyone tried these seat covers? I just saw them on quatratec from PRP. I have a 2019 rubicon with nice leather seats, but always thought they would look even better in red to match the interior. just curious if anyone has tried seat covers before.

PRP is actually a part of Bestop and they have a couple of interesting options for the JL/JT

They have five color options you can select

-or-

You can create something totally custom for your JL/JT

Check both out as I don't often see PRP mentioned and they make some really nice looking covers that look OEM.

I am more worried about the fit or how hard they are to get on. I think these would look great as is with the red to match the red interior of my jeep

I've seen them in person and the fit looks like it came from the factory.

Here's video that walks through installation so it should give you a good idea of what it would involve.

Give them a call at 800.317.6253 as I know they'd be happy to help you out.

thanks for that video. I went to their site earlier and did not see anything like that. It looks trickier than I thought but I might get them. Wish they could have left the rubicon name on them though.

Give them a call. They might be able to accommodate something like that. They might even be able to do something custom for you on the headrest depending on what you might want. Definitely worth a call to them.

Did this couple weeks ago, PRP black w/ red stitch via Quadratec. '20 SportS 2DR, first time install, front seat covers only as rear seat is removed.
Per factory vid, unbolted seats to tilt back, but didn't remove seats; didn't want to fiddle w/ wire ties. Took time, one evening driver side, second night, passenger.
Tips: put on headrests first to focus on seats, less tired at end. Straps underneath in two outer corners were easier with pull clip with one hand, and use a screwdriver to gently spread plastic clip with other hand, don't break, gently to clip into seat hole. Otherwise was careful to follow PRP Youtube video, assure each piece is not twisted, and tighten. The velcro of upper seat cover in back is tough but I did this without removing seats, would be easier if removed, grab with two hands and pull, tightened again next day after usage.
All the effort gets OEM like fit; daily driver, really like them, feel substantial. Would buy again. The red shine is from console cover reflection.

If they had 60/40 rear covers, I'd be on them in a heartbeat. I don't want back seats that do not match the front. Aesthetically, not very pleasing.

I ordered mine. I sent them an email asking if they can also stitch 'Rubicon' on the front seats like from factory.

I ordered the Edge Red 218 as it was the closest match to the red on a Rubicon dash.

Were they able to do the rubicon stitching for you? Any extra charge?

Yes I spoke with Tiffany from customer support and they were able to stitch ā€˜Rubiconā€™ however they are not allowed to use the actual rubicon font since itā€™s trademark but they are able to use the ā€œBen Pioneerā€ font since itā€™s the closest thing to the actual font. Iā€™ve attached both logos for you to see the difference (Honestly the only difference is the letter B so I can live with it lol)

Also itā€™s a one time charge of $50 to do the stitching for both front seats.

What cloth vinyl combinations did you use? What's the center gray cloth? It almost looks like Suede/Alcantara
