So as the title says, this damn rattle coming from what I thot was the A and B pillar area has been elusive until now!
There is a backing plate inside the door handle cups. Rattle found! Drilled a tiny hole into the forward most gap of this plate and put a tiny bronze screw in.
Done and gone for good! Bring on washboard!!
