Mine started leaking at the passenger side front corner this week. Bought the Jeep in August. Soonest the dealer can get me in is next Friday. Did you ever get yours resolved?

Actually no. Second dealer couldn’t find where the water is coming in from. Water specialist checked seals on rear removable window and seals on roof. All looked good. Last rainstorm it leaked again, and I was able to take some pics of where the water was pooling and sent them to SA. He said he’ll discuss further with Jeep to find a solution. I’m starting to think it might be the weather stripping around the passenger rear door. I inspected it and it looks pretty much the same as the drivers rear door.Mine started leaking at the passenger side front corner this week. Bought the Jeep in August. Splash pattern looks like dripping, rather than flowing, water leak from above. As a thought, make sure the rivet that holds the top tight when closing has not failed like mine did just months after purchasing.Thanks. I'll keep all up on this
Hum, not seeing any bulge on my top. I will check to see if I can lift the to when closed as you suggested.Splash pattern looks like dripping, rather than flowing, water leak from above. Hi Gellie,***NEW UPDATE****
After sending the second dealer the pictures, he said he'd call around to a few other dealers and to FCA to see what remedy is available. Just called me and said I need to file a claim with FCA. I guess the next step is they will call SA to see what they did and will get back to me? Starting to regret buy the Jeep. If anybody has any suggestions please advise. Thanks
UPDATE: So my case has been escalated to "level 2" ( I cant imagine how many levels there are). Now I need to bring it back to the dealer so their "water specialist" can work with the FCA "Star Team". OK fair enough. However since the dealer WONT provide a loner, I need to wait until 3/5 to bring it in. I'll have to use up my vacation days while without my Jeep. FCA/and the dealer have no idea how many days/weeks I'll be without the Jeep. Kind of BS FCA won't provide a loner after dropping $~60K on the Jeep 4 months ago.[/
Thanks. Ex the leak I do really love the Jeep. Unfortunately, I will hold off on my son's new Jeep that he picked out. He's away at school and needs something more reliable. It’s service like this that keeps me on the sidelines from purchasing a new Wrangler. At that price you should be treated like you would be treated at a luxury automaker. Not only should they give you a loner but it should be a fully optioned Wrangler to drive.
Best of luck.
Hi There. Actually I got the Jeep back yesterday. Their "Leak Doctor" (3rd time inspecting it) claims he found where the water is coming in from.Ever get a resolution? Mine leak is/was caused by a deformed header seal. My dealer uses an outside contractor "Leak Doctor" or something.
They just applied some sealant(where the arrow is blow), header seal is still deformed. I'm not convinced it is a long term fix.
