What speeds and gears does it skip? I have a similar issue but I think it’s engine tune issue now after reading a few other threads. My dealership wasn’t helpful and I haven’t had time to take it to a different dealership yet.

Update. I stopped by the dealer Wednesday and they had the part and were about to install it. He told me should be ready that day. Well it is 2 days later now and no call. I assume that did not fix the issue and they are still working with Jeep on the STAR case. Wondering if they are just going to try replacing the whole transmission now. They have had it since Jan 28th. I WANT MY JEEP BACK.
