PowerStop z36 pads and rotors better than stock?

Looking into the pads and rotors only. Can anyone tell me if the swap is actually a good deal more stopping power? I have a heavier vehicle between bumpers, lift and wheels/tires.

Unless your rotors are in bad shape I'd just swap the pads, should be a nice improvement, and I doubt the powerstop rotors would net any improvement over the stock set.
