Metal bracket, wires, plugs, bunch plastic parts.What is behind this panel? That is the exact spot I am getting a strange "tinny" vibration when the radio is on! If I hold my fingers on the panel, it seems to damper the vibration.
Yes, is exactly what I did(except for tape).The small circular 'grate' in the panel allows air circulation for the cabin temperature sensor. You won't have any problem mounting the P3 in that area. I found that you need to mount the bracket first and the then install the controller into the bracket. I also used some double sided tape between the bracket and panel to dampen any vibration.
You break the white clip?I broke one clip pulling mine off. It was cold so Iām guessing that had something to do with it. Replacement was no biggie.

Oh man I stand corrected. Sorry to hear that. Sounds like all is ok though.Interesting..I actually broke one tab on the panel that holds the clip. White clip held so good it cracked the tab. Still holds though.
