Half doors + soft windows + hard top Wrangler JL spotted?

Poking around in 2019 Ram spy photos and saw this pic with a JL creeping in the backround. Looks like the top part of half doors and maybe some soft windows for the hard top?


Admin edit: Added closeup and additional photo from slightly different angle. Definitely a JL 2-door prototype.

Could we be looking at a hard top + removable soft windows + half door configuration like the Jeep Wrangler Flattop Concept?

The full length rain gutter. JK didnt have that. There is also chatter of a hard top that has removable side panels.

He isn’t talking about the Jeep next to the Ram.. I am interested in learning more about what that might be though. Hard top with soft panels would be the perfect top for me.

So, I wonder why they would do this for the power sliding top which is not removable, but not the standard hard top.

My assumption is that that the standard top is the freedom top. If you remove the freedom top front panels and then the new side panels there is not much left to hold it in place. But an an engineer I am not.

Wow! Seems like there may be some secrets and details left for the reveal. I am really interested in seeing all the tops and details on how they work and how they were improved.

I've added a better close up and also another angle. Definitely looks like a 2-door JL prototype with hard top and soft windows / sides.

Guys, are we sure that pic is not showing the plastic windows from the body camo? It apprears it is still in camo. However, I hope those are soft windows.
