Wranglers don't have trouble selling, ever. You can't compare them to a Compass or Dart, you almost can't give those things away.

There is definitely a turbo in modern diesels. The 3.0L Ecodiesel is no exception. See picture, that is a turbo in the back of the engine.

2017 is JK model, no diesel for USA, only export. 2018 JL model confirmed no diesel for USA, still only export. 2019 JL diesel for USA is questionable .

We have been waiting for a diesel wrangler for a long, long time. Promises have been made and dates slipped over and over. It will never happen.

2017 isn't the end of the JK. There will be a 2018 JK built along side the 2018 JL.
