How long does it take to crank up the top with the RollNJack? I wonder about the difference between this and the TLP which looks quite fast once it is positioned.
Love the 2DR. I got my dealer to powder coat my wheels black as part of my deal. I am in the Chicago suburbs. I see an occasional 2DR JLR but mostly 4 door Saharas and Sports.
Here are weather tech flaps on a 2dr Rubicon that is not lifted. Standard 33 tires. It's a little harder to see with the granite color.
It blocks more than the pics above on the lifted jeep with 35's. It's ok but I am a disappointed. I had the mopar flaps on my JK rubicon and they did a much...
The new soft top design helps with full back access. You can quickly pop off the bottom rail and then the side clips come out easy. You the flip the window on the top (leaving the top clip attached). Then quickly re-attach when done accessing the back. Of course this is not as easy as the hard...
I started this thread so a report after 1 winter.....I ordered premium soft top, cloth seats and remote start.
It was great in the winter with just the soft top. Heater works great. I would forget sometimes to do the remote start but with the cloth seats it wasn't really needed. Also the cold...

I did the zip tie fix. Working well so far.
I had it in to my dealer to apply the loud fan TSB (which they did) and asked him to apply the STAR fix shown above. They looked at it and said it didn't apply to my VIN.....frustrating so I just got under the console and in 5 minutes it was fixed...
I agree. I just got the $9.99 one on amazon. Like you said it matches the cloth interior. You have to wrestle it a bit with the rear hinge to get it on but it fits well. If you have to use the key lock you can pull the front fabric over...
Great mod but how did you remove the cupholders? Are you remove the hard plastic around the cupholder or just the rubber?
When I look on this thread it looks like it is not good to remove just the rubber:

Update on mine....they replaced the tension wire and tightened it. It did seem to help the wind seal BUT it was like tightening a drum too much. Now the soft top metal braces make a couple of different rattling noises constantly. Also the wire tightening did not fix one of my side windows which...
