Jeep may have just inadvertently posted the starting price for the 2018 JLU (4 door) Wrangler, as just discovered by a JLWranglerForums member.
Earlier this year we reported that based on information provided by our insider sources, we expected a $2500 price increase from the outgoing 2018 JK versus the all-new 2018 JL.
The main Jeep site now shows a 4-door 2018 Wrangler Sport with a MSRP of $30,445.
Once you try to configure a 2018 JKU Sport 4-door model the price reverts back to the current $27,895 price. This $2550 increase is VERY close to what we’ve reported, and we’ve been told is just for the base trim. The upper trims may see a greater increase (or decrease?) on the base vehicle price.
